Sean Laporta

Sean advocates for individuals facing a wide range of legal challenges throughout New England, representing clients in State and Federal Courts and before various boards and governing bodies.

His primary focus is on employment and education matters, with a dedication to helping students and employees navigate complex legal and practical issues. Sean has extensive experience guiding individuals through disputes with educational institutions, including concerns about employment rights, policies, and compliance with state and federal laws. Sean has a proven track record of supporting students in matters such as discipline, grade appeals, accommodations, and upholding student rights.

Sean provides critical support and guidance to employees concerning employment contracts, waivers, severance agreements, and risk analysis, ensuring their rights are protected. He understands that many employees deserve better working conditions and compensation, but that the balance of power in the employment relationship often favors the employer. When talks break down, he advocates for employees throughout all stages of litigation.

Sean also represents teachers, nurses, therapists, and other licensed professionals before licensing entities to protect their credentials. His experience also extends to personal injury cases, including car accidents, invasion of privacy, civil rights, and product liability claims.

Sean believes that each client’s needs are unique and that clients deserve a personalized approach to legal advocacy and guidance. Sean is committed to understanding each client, including their wants, needs, goals, and motivation. Developing a strong connection with his clients allows Sean to advocate smarter, save time, and achieve desired results.
