Jess Landry (of Counsel)
Jess Landry is a Massachusetts-based attorney with a practice that includes administrative law, education law, employment law, professional licensing defense, contract matters, and civil litigation. She works with individuals and businesses on a wide range of legal issues, including:
- Agency Investigations and Administrative Proceedings involving agencies such as the Department of Children and Families (DCF), professional licensing boards, and Title IX offices;
- Employment Issues, including separation and termination disputes, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour concerns;
- Education-related legal issues, from discipline to Title IX and student rights;
- Contracts, including drafting, negotiation, disputes, and enforcement; and
- Civil Litigation, from demand through trial, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and settlement.
Jess is most proud of her work as the Program Coordinator for the Massachusetts Superior Court Lawyer for the Day Program. This remote clinic connects self-represented litigants with volunteer attorneys in civil cases. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, where she works to support the professional development of early-career attorneys and promote access to justice initiatives.
She earned her J.D. from New England Law in 2022 and founded Ivy Law P.C. shortly after graduating. Jess serves as Of Counsel to Kerstein & Konowitz Law Group LLP, where she contributes to complex litigation and advisory matters.
Jess works closely with her clients to provide clear, straightforward insight into their legal options, helping them make informed decisions that align with their goals and circumstances.
